Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who sees it, and how it is protected.

What we collect

Your account details: name, email, phone number and password (stored as a secure hash).

What you give us to arrange care: delivery addresses and map pins, family members you book for, your health profile if you add one, photos of prescriptions and medicine packs, and the orders, appointments and lab bookings you make.

Your location, only when you allow it, to find a pharmacy or lab near you.

A device token so we can send you notifications, if you allow them.

How we use it

To pass your request to the pharmacy, doctor or lab you choose or that accepts it, and to keep you updated on it.

To keep your account secure, to answer support requests, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not use your health information for advertising.

Who sees it

The pharmacy, doctor or lab handling your request sees what it needs to do so: your name, phone, address, prescription photos, and for doctors and labs the patient details and health information you provide.

Dozio staff see it when handling support or reviewing providers, and every administrative action is logged.

We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Payments

During the current service you pay the pharmacy, doctor or lab directly, usually in cash. Dozio does not collect or store your card or bank details.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account from Settings in the app or from Security in your web account. We then remove your personal details, addresses, family members, health profile, cart, notifications and sign-in, and sign you out everywhere.

Past orders, appointments and lab bookings stay with the provider as anonymous records, because pharmacies, doctors and labs must keep them by law.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Provider accounts use a one-time code at sign-in, and access to records is limited to the people who need them.

Contact

Questions about your data: write to Dozio support from the Help & support page, or email the address shown there.
