Joining
Pharmacies, doctors and labs apply in the Dozio app and are listed only after Dozio has checked their licences and registration. Partners must keep these current and tell Dozio if they lapse.
Serving customers
Partners serve the requests they accept, keep their hours, stock, prices and GST rate up to date, and follow the law for their profession.
Pharmacies hand over an order only against the customer's one-time code, and mark cash as collected when it is.
Payment and subscription
Customers pay partners directly. Partners pay Dozio a subscription; during the pilot it is free for the period shown in the app.
Suspension
Dozio may suspend a partner that breaks these terms, puts patients at risk, or does not respond to complaints. Work already in progress can still be completed.
